Will of Joseph Hall

27^th June 1846 - Great Bolton, Lancashire, England

In the name of God Amen

I Joseph Hall late of Great Bolton in the County of Lancaster, dealer in Earthen Ware but now of Tonge with Rough in the said county do make and publish this my last Will and Testament being of sound mind, memory, and understanding in manner and form following, that is to say, I write and directthat all my just debts and funeral expences and the charge of proving this my last will and testament be paid and satisfied by my exectrix hereinafter named as soon as convenient after my decease and I give devise and bequeath unto Esther my beloved wife all my household goods and furniture cash on hand money out at interest debts due and owing to me and all other my estate and effects both real and personal and of what kind or nature soever and wheresoever the same maybe ?uated. To hold to her my said wife her heirs, executors and administrators and asigns for ever  for and during all my estate term and interest  I am entitled too therein or to all or any part thereof, and I do nominate costitute and appoint Esther my wife sole executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former will and wills by me at anytime heretofore made and do hereby declare this alone to be my last will and testament.

In witness thereof I the said Joseph Hall the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand  Eight Hundred  and Forty One.

Signed Sealed and Published and declared by the said testator Joseph Hall as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses .
