This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Eastland the elder of Woodmansterne in the County of Surrey Yeoman I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences shall be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named Whereas I have jointly with my wife Elizabeth by a certain Indenture of Appointment and Assignment bearing date this fifteenth day of November and duly executed by me and my said wife before the signing of this my Will appointed and assigned all my moneyes lands hereditaments and real estate and also my leasehold estates To certain uses in the said Indenture declared and contained and subject to the payment thereout of certain annuities as therein particularly mentioned Now I by this my Will give and bequeath unto my dear wife Elizabeth Eastland All my monies goods chattels effects and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatever nature kind or quality soever over which I have a disposing power To hold unto her my said Wife Elizabeth for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease of her my said wife subject to her use and enjoyment by her during her life as aforesaid I give and bequeath all my said monies goods chattels effects and personal estate as aforesaid over which I have such disposing power as aforesaid unto my son James Eastland for his own use To hold all the same (subject as aforesaid) unto him my said son James Eastland for his own use and as his own monies goods chattels effects and personal estate absolutely I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife and my said son James joint Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Thomas Eastland the testator have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven
