Samuel Henty - Yeoman

In the Name of God Amen I Samuel Henty of East Kingstone in the county of Sussex Yeoman do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give unto my sister Mrs Sarah Elmes one Annuity of ten pounds per Annum to commence from my Decease and be paid by equal quarterly Payments unto her for and during the term of her natural life I give devise and bequeath all my real estate whatsoever and wheresoever and also all my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto George Cortis of Angmering in the County of Sussex Yeoman and William Holmes of Arundel in the County of Sussex Gentleman their heirs exors and admors according to the nature thereof upon the trusts following that is to say upon trust to pay and apply the rents and produce thereof unto my Dear Wife for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease upon trust to convey and assure the same unto my son Samuel Henty his heirs and assigns for ever I give and bequeath unto my said dear Wife the sum of three hundred Pounds to be paid her within next month next after my decease I appoint the said George Cortis and William Holmes Executors In trust of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixteen
