Robert
ASHLEY, a poor boy aged about twelve years belonging to Lymm as an
apprentice to learn the trade of Farmer to the aforesaid Thomas
LEIGH for a period of five years.
I OLIVER TAYLOR the elder of Worsley in the County of Lancaster, yeomen send greetings.
Whereas JAMES BORDMAN late of Little Biolton in the Parish of
Deane in the said County of Lancashire, husbandman, deceased did
ordain and make JAMES GRUNDIE of Little Hulton aforesaid

And for as much as I the said OLIVER TAYLOR am not willing to

that he may be soley admitted thereunto.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand & seal the
sixteenth day of September in the thirteenth year of the reign
of CHARLES, King of England, etc
and in the year of our Lord 1637
Latin, Anno Regni Regis Caroli Anglie &etc, decimo tercio,
Annoque domini.
What I have is a copy of a Alien Registration Form, sent to me by
mistake from the NARA Archives. She is enumerated in the 1930 US
Census with her husband Marquita and 7 children, in Cotulla TX. It
gives her place of birth, physical description and how and where she
last entered the US.
He was convicted of Conspiracy to Violate Bankruptcy Laws.
He was sentenced on 24 Jun 1929 and started serving his term on
25 Jun 1929.
From the 1920 US Census, he is enumerated as Louey Morrin, living
in Johnston City IL. Looking at the actual image, he is living in
Herrin IL with his wife Sadie and children Joe, Frank, Louis,
Eugene, Edith and Jesse.
I also found and have an obit for his son Frank.
This obit clarifies that the Louey Moroni I found in the 1920 US
Census, is the correct person. The obit also lists his mother as
Santina Rocassi.
